Shipping and Returns
There is a flat rate of $13.95 for all domestic shipments (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). All shipments will be fulfilled and sent out within 2 business days of purchase from our Metro Detroit facility. If for any reason shipping dates or priorities are changed you will receive an email from our shipping department.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and can be subject to changes beyond our control. These elements include delayed shipping by the delivery service, inclement weather and clerical errors. Items which arrive damaged must be reported to the delivery service that fulfilled the order. That company can be found by checking your delivery confirmation email received directly after purchase.
Return and Refund Policy
We want all customers of Hype Stew Sneakers to be happy, which is why we offer free returns for all new items. The return will be issued upon passing inspection to ensure the item is in the same condition as it was during the time of ship. We urge all customers to check their sneakers at the time of receival as our refund policy covers the item within 30 days.
There are no returns on used items as they are sold as is. Ample descriptions and photos are used to depict actual condition. We pride ourselves on being honest and ethical in the handling of your business, return customers and referrals are what fuel our sales. Trust that we stand behind all our products. If it isn’t of sound quality, it will not make it to our shelves.
Return request should be sent to email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery. If after inspection it is found that the item did not pass refund standards the buyer will have 2 options, have the order delivered back to them at their expense, or have the item relisted for consignment with a 20% fee. Contact our customer service with any disputes and we will do everything we can to find a happy resolution.
